(Not the best of recreations, sorry! I may have messed with the opacity of the wrong layer… I think it's close enough though.)
Open your image. Crop and scale if you wish.
First of all, go to Colors>Auto>White Balance.
Then, add a fill layer of #ffffff and set to Soft Light 100%. Add a layer mask and copy and paste the base layer into the mask. Invert the mask.
Duplicate that layer.
Duplicate the base layer and bring it to the top. Set to Soft Light 100%.
Add a fill layer of #2a1409 and set to Subtract (or Difference) 100%.
Flatten image.
Duplicate the base layer. Go to Colors>Components>Channel Mixer and input these settings:
Red Channel: 117, 30, -30
Green Channel: -11, 111, 0
Blue Channel: -5, -5, 107
Check Preserve Luminosity. Click Ok. Do nothing to it.
Add a fill layer of #ffffff and set to Soft Light 50%. Add a layer mask and copy and paste the base layer into the mask. Invert the mask.
Add a fill layer of #d88f81and set to Difference 10%.
Add a fill layer of #ffff88 and set to Difference 10%.
Duplicate the base layer, bring it to the top and input these settings:
Red Channel: 150, -20, -18
Green Channel: 15, 70, 25
Blue Channel: -5, 10, 95
Uncheck Preserve Luminosity. Click OK.
Set to Soft Light 50%.
Flatten image.
And that's it! Sharpen/blur as you wish!
Note: If you leave the last layer on Soft Light 100% instead of 50%, the coloring is the same as these icons below. :)
Feel free to let me know if you have any questions! :)
Please do not copy exactly.
