Where, oh where, I wonder, will Blair Waldorf's Valentine's Day party be held?
Just so you all know, the selection process is not yet very tight, considering I'm new and how the best venues might seem plain at first glance. So~ raise your little hands and I will take your names down. Take this chance now or you will miss it.

Valentine's Day party vs Anti-Valentine's Day party?
You know Blair Waldorf is always at your service, but if you don't speak up then I can't hear you, hm?

I will call it the "Bed of Roses" party, assuming they choose to have a Valentine's Day, that is. The idea is that I want roses, even in winter, and it will be done because I want it. Go survey the City for the best roses, and make sure they can come up with at least 1000 for the party.
Oh-- start work on the guest list; find the people needed to make this party work. We want many many people trying to crash the party because it is just that important to be seen in it.
