S...Satake doesn't seem "timid" to me. And...seems to be more muscle than fat. I second that...Mr. Kaneko, I don't get it!

...Though looking at him now without being distracted by a text box, I guess I can see he's starting to show some signs of age, when I look carefully...

I. have. NO IDEA, why they used デブ to describe him, I see not fat at all! He's more bulky.

I checked the "timid" sentence again, and google translates it as pipsqueak, so I think that may be Satake's first impression on Raidou. *goes and changes it* Hard to say who's POV that comment is from, the last sentence seem to be Kaneko's while the first is Satake's.

Satake certainly aged better than Kiyoshi who is younger than him by a year, he has some deep wrinkles, from financial worries perhaps? And maybe all that bathing keeps Satake looking young. ^^

Yeah, I'm stumped on the "fatty" thing.

And it might just be the baths. Or, you know, the guy prolly works out a lot. If not maintained, muscle runs to fat damn fast.

Oh you know, maybe it's a just a casual remark Kaneko-sensei made, and we're taking it too seriously. :O

Preferring to talk rather than fighting doesn't make someone a coward either, and he's got his boys to take care of that.

True, I'd think Satake prefers not to get his hands dirty unless he has to.
