(no subject)
I’m suddenly inspired to make a new zine. I think I was already kinda inspired but the crux of my excitement came during the Syn fm speak-up training weekend, in the last half hour. Must be that focusing my creative energies on zines so much (and focusing them in general) spurred me with new ideas for the next Woami! I’m not sure if I’ll call it Woami. It’s gonna be about the city, with lots of personal stuff, maybe with some of my amateur photography, with features on weird and vaguely interesting things going on in Melbourne. It all sounds very vague but I have a good feeling about it.
Anyway I have to interview someone about a personal zine for my radio story. I have to hand in the proposal now, but I don’t have anyone in mind so I think I’ll just make it up until I find someone living in this city who has done a few zines with a current email address. Hehehe…
