Yuletide letter
Okay, here it is finally! Apologies for the tardiness. If you haven't started writing, I hope this helps, and if you have, great! My requests were already pretty fleshed-out, I think, so this is just a little more about each and some general likes and dislikes.
Dear Yuletide Writer,
Hello! Thank you for offering to write for me! I'm pretty pumped for this Yuletide!
Some general stuff: I like happy endings. I don't care how much angst and despair the characters go through to get there, but if at all possible, I'd prefer things end well.
When I try to think of specific ideas for each fandom I tend to stay conservative, but you should know that I also LOVE ridiculous, indulgent id-fic. H/C? Go for it! Whump away! I have a special fondness for magical lesbian pregnancy, too. And kinky porn universes where everybody's a dom or a sub or where the characters are sex workers or some people regularly go into heat, I eat that stuff up.
So if the other prompts aren't sparking any ideas, I want you to know that I would be THRILLED with cracky idfic -- seriously, thrilled -- so please feel completely free to go wild! Holiday fic is also welcome!
On to the specific requests:
1. Rune Factory 2; Aria/Sera/Serena
I was pretty thrilled at their pretend marriage option in the game. I'd love to see something with the three of them as adults, possibly having some adventures or just trying to settle into their lives! I ship Aria/Sera/Serena, and I'm cool with it as a hinge with the twins focusing on Aria or an equal threesome if you don't mind incest. Aria with just Sera or just Serena would also be fine, or gen adventures together. I'd love to see them farming and/or fighting monsters.
I spent a ridiculous amount of time playing this game. I'd love to see grown-up Aria. Has she lived in the village all her life, or did she leave and come back? Do Sera and Serena still spend all their time together? Have they differentiated themselves more, forged their own identities more clearly as they got older? Do either of them fight, or use magic? Does Aria still farm, or does she want something else from life? What do the other villagers think of the three of them together? This is a pretty open-ended one!
2. Fire Emblem Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn; Heather/Lucia/Elincia
My first thought was, believe it or not, Heather/Lucia after Elincia marries Geoffrey (devastating a pining Lucia), rebound comfort leading to actual love. But I also love straight-up Lucia/Elincia, because I'm a sucker for loyal lady knights who are hopelessly devoted to their queens/princesses/etc. And I like Heather/any and every girl. I love her shameless flirting. I've requested Heather/Ashera on the kink meme before because I think it's hilarious. Gen about the Queen of Crimea, her bodyguard, and her spy (political intrigue? shenanigans?) would also be great!

I'm not sure what else to say about this one. I love all three of these women, in any combination. I really loved the end of Part 2 of Radiant Dawn, with Lucia willing to sacrifice herself and Elincia finding the strength to put the good of her country before her personal feelings. And I just love Heather, her shameless flirting with pretty women and her loyalty despite her somewhat questionable morality. Anything with these women would be fantastic (and you don't have to include all three if you don't want to, just to be clear).
3. Princess series; Talia/Snow/Gerta
I like Talia/Snow and Talia/Gerta both, so go with whichever you like (assuming you like one of those). Regarding Snow Queen's Shadow, I'm happy if you disregard it completely, take bits and pieces from it as you like, or keep the whole thing. I would love some sort of fairytale adventure! With Snow, I'd like to see her realizing she's in love with Talia, possibly during a dangerous moment; with Gerta, I'd love some exploration of her insubstantiality as a person -- maybe True Love can make her a real girl :P
I'm realizing I said so much in my actual requests I'm having trouble thinking of anything else to say. Um… I think the whole thing about the love potion is really interesting. I feel like there's freedom for Snow's sexuality to be interpreted in a number of ways. She definitely likes men, but is she capable of liking women? We know that Alexandria doesn't have the most liberal views of sexuality. It could be that she DOES feel something for Talia, but it conflicts with her self-concept and her upbringing enough that it's hard for her to accept. She apparently loved her enough she was considering taking a love potion to be with her. Do love potions really work like that? Does she really need a love potion? If you want to ignore Snow Queen entirely, Snow seemed kind of jealous of Faziya during Red Hood's Revenge. Would that be enough to spur her to admit to herself she loves Talia?
I'm not sure what else to say about Gerta, although I really do like Talia/Snow and Talia/Gerta equally. It'd be nice to see Gerta and Talia working together, and Gerta coming into her own as a person entirely separate from Snow. Feel-good fairytale tropes would be fun here with either pairing; I'm such a sucker for love revealed and proven because it's effective as magic, like when Talia kissed Snow awake near the end of the first book. Totally love that sort of thing.
4. Warehouse 13; Myka/HG
Argh, I ship them so hard. I like it when Myka gets to be gallant and heroic. I like H.G. tinkering with crazy contraptions. I am happy with ignoring the season 3 finale, fixing it, or assuming it got fixed somehow and going from there. I personally prefer the idea that they weren't seeing each other during season two, and I'd love to see a fic set after season 3 that dealt with them figuring out just how much they mean to each other. (Well, okay, I think H.G.'s already in love and Myka's kind of oblivious, but it doesn't have to be that way, haha). I also love the rest of the characters, particularly Claudia and Pete, and I'd be happy if you wanted to include them.
I'd love a good payoff for all that UST! Adventure and artifacts would be cool. Life or death situations! Or something more domestic, with the two of them testing the waters with one another and dealing with nosy fellow agents. This is a good fandom for cracky idfic or holiday fic, too!
If you want something really weird, I think it'd be cool to see Warehouse 13 cross over with the Holders series. Just one possible option of many!
