I DID IT!!!
In just 2 hours time I will have been smoke free for ONE YEAR!!!
Thank you to everyone who contacted me today .. I had a great day. I haven't actually logged into LJ or FB yet and I doubt I will - I have a belly full of home made gourmet pizza and fine wine and there are two wonderfully cuddly cats waiting for me to lie down and finish my book. D is in bed - exhausted after producing an awesome dinner :)
I worked out twice today and have the blisters to prove it.
I also ate whatever my heart desired all day (refer to above sentence)
As far as birthdays go, this was a good one :)
