This is a small apology and a brief hello to any new friends out there.

I signed up to write holiday fics for people on my flist throughout January and due to December commitments I'm posting them this month instead. I've also signed up to a fanfic challenge in February too.

I love your Mentalist fics because I love The Mentalist. I've watched it from the beginning and you write the characters so well it's like reading an episode. I do read all your posts but sometimes I just can't comment and if you've read any of my personal fics, you may realize why that is the case.

Anyway, I'm not going to complain about two months of good fics to read! :D

Thanks! :D I appreciate that, lovely of you to say, I still feel so new to the Mentalist fandom - writing for it anyway.

I don't mind that you can't comment on everything because you comment on some things, so I can never forget that you exist. :P I know I need to comment on people's journals more, I'm trying to.

Well, there's certainly going to be a mix of fandoms but in February I *think* it's going to be mostly Once Upon a Time fics, though I'm sure I'll find time to write other things too. :P

I love fanfiction! Do you only write it on your blog, or do you post on fanfiction sites?

I do! That's awesome! I only really write it for the fandoms I mentioned in this post but yes I post some on here and some on Fanfiction.net. I'm trying to post everything from now on, on both!

You'll have to give me links to your fanfic. I write some too, but only Walking Dead. I like to focus on one story at a time.

I usually just post them on here...but I just (as in within the last few hours) created a creativity community asilentspace where I'll be posting all of my fiction, etc. :)

I'm sorry that I haven't been commenting on your fics. I don't watch the same shows as you so I don't read those fics. Except for OUaT of course ;) but I'm sure they're awesome!

ITA about the respect thing,my motto has always been respect my opinions and I'll respect yours! Besides isn't that what makes the world intersting?

And definitely agree with that! I hate the phrase "I know it's sad, but..." and I always say to people, it's not weird or odd to like what you like. You're not asking someone else to like it. You're just liking it. I think that's something we've seemed to have forgotten, as a population of people. That it's okay to like what you like, etc. It really does make things more interesting!

Your fic makes me wish I watched the Mentalist understand what's going on better. (It's on my list; I just haven't gotten to it yet.)

Let's see...The rest of Eureka, Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, Community, Modern Family, Breaking Bad, the Walking Dead, the Mentalist (hee), and a couple of other shows. I need to start checking Netflix/Hulu to see which ones have the most seasons - I know Hulu had all of SG-1 and I've been working through Eureka on Netflix.
