Don't panic, if there was an error in the grading for some reason your professor will be able to get it changed. I just went through the same thing with my one class where they said I had a "D" and claimed I never turned in my final paper...turns out that my professor never gave my paper to the TA for grading. If for some reason you don't hear back from the professor then go to the head of the department and they will work with you to get this sorted out (again I freaked out too and looked into that option even before I heard back from my professor and the TA
