so, as part of my new dietary/nutritional plan, dairy and starch, and sugar are out. much suckage. on the brite side, soymilk is my new friend, as are muffins. yummy, delicious, bake-em in the oven muffins. i have all these fun, dairy/starch free muffins, but mo muffin pan. i've searched all over the vast land of bcs and i cannot find i simple non-

There's a restaurant supply store in Bryan on Texas at the Bend. Can't remember the name, though

You might also try silicone - none of the fumes, and less of the sticking problem than with plain aluminum pans. They are more expensive, though.
