muffins
so, as part of my new dietary/nutritional plan, dairy and starch, and sugar are out. much suckage. on the brite side, soymilk is my new friend, as are muffins. yummy, delicious, bake-em in the oven muffins. i have all these fun, dairy/starch free muffins, but mo muffin pan. i've searched all over the vast land of bcs and i cannot find i simple non-teflonish muffin pan. i refuse to purchase anything that comes with a warning "fumes from this pan may kill small birds and animals." absolutely not. so, does anyone know of a good restaurant supply store or someother place i can purchase good old-fashioned bakeware?
also, i think something very very very VERY exciting may be happening in the near future, in fact it may be the best thing that as ever happened to me!!! i'll keep you posted.
in other news eric came over a few days ago and fixed up my computer. it was woefully behind the times. i wish he and i talked more. it's very rare that you meet someone with such a good heart.
