Ok, yay for a little bit being like the books.
However, wtf vampire!Logan? Was that really necessary?
So far, I like Alaric. In the books he was kinda neh but thus far... I'm ok with him. Obviously since Meredith isn't in the tv series he's not going to elope with her at the end, which is good because that was just wrong. Although, is he a vamp also?
What else. Emily was sufficiently creepy. The whole seance sequence was super creepy, and so was the bathroom bit.
My favorite part was definitely the brotherly bonding, as well as the reveal of Damon's connection to Bonnie/Emily, as well as his purpose in Mystic Falls (Fells' Church). I feel like everyone had some emotional growth in this episode, which was good. Yay writers!
In other news, definitely getting sick aand of course it's at the end of term, right before all my projects are due. Fun!
