I'm typing this entry on MY NEW COMPUTER!!! Yay! I now have a twelve inch iBook. It's cool and stuff but I'm going to have to get used to using a mac. It's an adventure.
Today was spent all looking around for computers and stuff. I listened to more computer jargon today than I have in my entire life to date. Overwhelming!
Tomorrow is the birthday of me. The big 23...I feel little excitement, not sure what I'll wind up doing but I think i'm getting pies and perhaps a cake. Something fun will happen I'm sure. Perhaps a beach fire, perhaps people over at my house, perhaps a combination of those things. I just want to be with people I care about. I got a tent in the mail yesterday, cool stuff. My birthday present from my mom.
My practicum is going to kick some ass I do believe. The people who go to the centre are amazing, I stand to learn a lot from them. And I love social work.
