I have two quick questions to post (I just spent my lectures thinking about them and now have to go to another)

a) How can I convert files to .mp4 so i can put them on my iPod? Particularly .avi and .divx :D

b) I am using a mac (OX 10.4.something) and would like a free program for capping video files, any suggestions?
