History Class and other things.
Gee. I haven't updated this in a while. Sorry. Anyhoo, this week, my English class moved into the new classrooms. The rooms are very white and sterile, so we are redecorating with paper. And Ivy's history class is RIGHT NEXT DOOR during 5th period. And in Math we watched The Sandlot because certain children in Period 7 had never seen it, much to Mr. Lee's horror.
History is officially the funnest class. This week, we had to write a paper on the last 300 years of our country's history and what we thought was the dominant theme. Brian wrote his on power or something, but his coffee and Diet Coke left him around the fourth period. It started off innocently enough..."We easily defeated them with our technologically advanced ships, military prowess, and dennis." But soon escalated to "A hustle, e.g. bustle, is like a banana. The two are not the same. I hope that one day the whole world will be filled with hustling and bustling." and "No two people are on fire. One might be sleeping or blowing something up. The other might be being fangoursly devoured by a gelatinous monster." until finishing with "I luv kneu wyaurk amen." Poor Brian. Corey thinks that one day we will find out that Jacob's scoliosis brace isn't really a brace, but in fact a turtle-like shell. Andrew thinks that I should wear a cape and hat and sequined tuxedo one day and grow a mustauche that I can twirl and say "mu-hahaha" while tying people to train tracks and riding a toy train. This all happens in the last few miniutes of class before school gets out by the way.
A while ago we had Civil War day. That was fun, but the last station I was at was medicine in the civil war. Lots of illnesses and bad surgery right before lunch. NIIIIIICE.
And today is the FIRST day of Spring Break.. WHOOHA!
