So with the bit of weight loss, I am inspired. Seeing as I am going to be on a cruise in a couple of months, and in a bathing suit, things need to be stepped up. So today I pulled out the iphone with the couch to 5k app, and did week 1 day one. It is 5 min warm up, 60 seconds jogging and 90 seconds walking for 20 minutes then a 5 minute cool down.
I did it without feeling like I was going to die. Certainly wasn't a walk in the park, but it was good, and doable. The 30 day shred I think has really helped with my strength and stamina. I'm on my way to a svelte body and 6 pack abs.
