I love being home.

For some, music is not just a pastime...

Crew trips in the convertible to the Ice Cream Machine. Having a daily meal at Subway. My car. Concerts at Lupos. Double chocolate chip frappachinos at Starbucks in Boston's North End. Equals Six Promotions meetings; get amped. Movie nights that never turn out to be so at Kat's. Lunches at Panera. Dunkin' Donuts bagels for breakfast. Suspension playing out of the windows of my car in the parking lot of the Living Room during load in. Seeing some of the coolest kids around for the first time in months. Meeting new people. The sun. The butterflies those shows give me. Driving out of Providence at night. Six of us beating each other up on Ryan's bed; we're not very good at being quiet. Text messages. Wearing sunglasses at night. Finding concert confetti in my shirt. NEU sweatpants. Big plans. Eating lunch on my driveway before Survivor-like goodbyes. Spending the night at Ryan's; spending the night in the arms of a boy who makes leaving that much harder. "Every song ends, is that any reason not to enjoy the music?" Friends who can't keep secrets. ICM's raspberry sherbet. Ninjaing smore ingredients. Yo Momma after having gotten 2 hours of sleep. Sandstorm dance parties on the roads of Franklin with the insane bass. Learning to make Ramen noodles taste even better. Umi of Japan. The jelly bean game, even if I kept getting the nasty coffee ones. Visiting Julie in American Eagle. Entirely ignoring reality for a week.

Rock,
Missy*

P.S. How me is this?
