You're part of the reason I'm so set on the rest of my life...
If the summer's going to be anything like these past few days have been... Well, it'll be the most amazing one ever, hands down. I got back to the US on Thursday night, where I promptly went out to the Ice Cream Machine with the crew and returned to Kat's house for the first pool-side fire of the year. Love? Pretty much. Yesterday was equally as incredible. I spent most of the day at Northeastern and I am fully convinced that I am going to have the best time there. I'll be majoring in music industry and coming out with a minor in business by taking only 2 more courses. Not a bad deal, really. Then Kat and I went out for lunch before I drove down to Providence for the Screaming is For Babies Tour. Lupo's is a pretty excellent venue. And Cartel is incredible live. I had the pleasure of hanging out with the Aston boys and breaking the big Warped Tour news to the last half of my Equals Six Promotions team. A week working on Warped? Hell yes. Or should I say, "Holler at your boy." Hahaha.
The rest of my stay here is going to be just as busy. Tonight Kat and I are seeing Dane Cook, which ought to be excellent. Tomorrow I'm in New York for the day, only to return on Monday for the first official Equals Six Promotions meeting. Tuesday I'll probably chill with the crew and Wednesday night is my show. Which everyone should be going to; it's going to be an event.
Spread the word. Rock,
Missy*
P.S. I love how I just found out this morning that the Buddy FM thing was an April Fools joke. Mmyeah, mean.
