Things I Can Now Do With My Arm

Carry 5kg of shopping, but only for two blocks.

Do up my bra 9 times out of 10.

Scratch the top of my left shoulder with my right hand.

Scrub pots that aren't very dirty - this is an improvement.

Hang light washing, but only one load per day.

Carry cups and plates in either - or both hands.

Lean on my arm, provided I am on a squishy surface like the sofa or a mattress.

Rest my face on my right hand - as long as my neck is doing all the weight bearing.
