Lovely day in Seattle

Beautiful, beautiful day today.

Been trying to think of things to do with Kasey. Just gets boring sitting around the house all the time.

*Yawn*

We like feeding the ducks but the last couple of visits have been a bust. The ducks just haven't been as hungry as usual. Maybe they're on a diet with swimsuit season around the corner.

Im still in the process of getting a dedicated line to use for the calls. Can you tell me more about the 'scares'? I'm really hoping that this will give us the leg up we need! (could you tell me about call length too?)

Ok that was a typo on my part (fixed). I meant to say "scarce", as in hard to find.

Really to get the most out of this as a supplemental income, you'll want to get certified on as many lines as you can. The more lines you're on the more opportunities you have to pickup hours.

I'm certified on two lines, but only working on one (the shopping channel). I'd like to get on a 3rd (a pizza order line), but they don't have any opening at the moment.

For the line I'm working on primarily (a TV shopping channel), we need to keep our average call length around 220 seconds (about 3.5 min). His can be hard to do sometimes if you get callers with lots of questions, or just can't make up their minds. But, the more hours you work the more calls you take, the better this averages out. Also, as I get more experience I'm able to process the calls more effetely and answer questions off the top of my head.
