I am supposed to send my deposit to WVU by now later than May 11th.
-Today- is May 11th.
Today, on May 11th, the head of admissions called from Salisbury University.
They are offering me $10,000 a year to go there - it costs a grand total of $22,000. Hello, half my tuition! None of htat ten k is loans, either. A Provost, a Presidential, and a Dean's scholarship; I will be required to pay back none of it. Mom and Dad will give me $15,000 no matter where I go. At SSU, this leaves me $3,000 to mess around with each year.
WVU wants to give me $2,000 a year. Uh yeah, thanks. They cost about $22,000. Mom and Dad will, again, pay $15,000 for WVU. That will put me $5,000 in the hole each year. Harumph.
SU has the Hide and Seek club.
WVU has the FBI opportunities.
SU has family.
WVU has the coolest rec center in creation.
SU has not a crim major.
WVU does.
WVU is a huge party school, the burning buses type.
SU is not as huge, still a party school, probably won't burn any buses.
SU has Sammy the Seagull.
WVU has a Mountaineer.
SU has Maryland pride.
WVU has how 'bout them 'eers?
