The NEWS members are finally getting home to continue with their supposed days off. The contest will begin when they get back to work. During their meeting with Johnny, they were told that each group would be observed by the production company both in their individual and group activities. 3 representatives from the company would be assigned to each group for that purpose. The company would also be given videos of past Shokura episodes so they could see how each group has developed during the years.
"I'm getting excited about this." Tegoshi said as he jumped on Massu's back. "I will smother them all with cuteness!"
"Somehow I don't think that would matter to the president Tesshi." Massu smiled. "She looks like someone that's really really serious."
"Maa, it wouldn't hurt to up the cuteness just a bit Tegoshi." Yamapi said as they walked into the elevator.
"Yamapi's right. It wouldn't help to exaggerate our images a bit ne?" Koyama chirped from behind. "I'm already planning on which snacks I would be bringing on Monday."
"Does that I mean I have to trip on thin air more than usual? Somehow I don't think that would help our group at all. Not to mention that it would hurt like hell." Shige winces at the thought.
"Gesshi, your image is not a clumsy boy anymore remember? You're the intellectual, lawyer-boy now. Besides, I don't think Yamapi would want bruises on you that he didn't make himself." Koyama laughed softly.
Tegoshi and Massu laughed with Koyama at the new tomato couple as they reached the Jimusho's lobby. When they got there, they saw the representatives and Johnny by the doors. The guy shook Johnny's hand while Johnny gave Alicia a hug and pat her head before entering his car and leaving. The guy then whispered something to the girl and somehow it made the girl blush.
"CHICHIRI UY! I told you not to do that in public!" Alicia said as she punched the guy, now known as Chichiri, on the shoulder.
"But you're so cute like that Xin." Chicihiri said as he hugged Alicia.
"Chichiri. Now where have I...AH!" Koyama exclaimed, getting everyone's attention including the couple's. "Chichiri? Is that you?"
"Keiichiro?" Chichiri whispered as he and Alicia walked closer and stared at Koyama. He then smiled and hugged Koyama. "It is you! I didn't recognize you! You're an idol now?"
"Eh? You know each other?" Yamapi asked as he looked at the two.
"Oh yeah! Guys, this is Chichiri Uy. A friend and my crush from middle school." Koyama said with a grin then turned to Chichiri. "These are the members of NEWS, though you know that already. Yamashita Tomohisa, Kato Shigeaki, Masuda Takahisa, and Tegoshi Yuya. Nishikido Ryo is now in Osaka with Kanjani8."
"Nice to meet you all and Keiichiro, will you stop calling me that because you know its not true." Chichiri said as he looked at the other memebrs. "He used to gush about our PE teacher back then. He kept saying how cute he was when he's sweaty from running."
"Ahem." Alicia cleared her throat and tugged on Chichiri's sleeve. "We need to talk."
"Excuse us." Chichiri sighed and followed Alicia. After a few minutes, Alicia walked out angrily as Chichiri made his way back to the group. "Sorry about that."
"What was that about?" Yamapi asked.
"She's just being worked up again. We're short on staff here at the moment so I was supposed to be one of the people observing you group but I can't anymore because I know Keiichiro personally. Now she's panicking because she has to call our headquarters in Manila to send someone over. When I told her she didn't need to find anyone else because I can still do my job, she snapped." Chichiri smiled softly.
"Why can't you observe us? You only know Kei-chan, not all of us." Massu said as they sat down on the lounge chairs.
"Conflict of interest. She's all about professionalism and stuff. Johnny wanted her to be the one to do the observations but she refused because she's a fan of Ueda Tatsuya from KAT-TUN." Chichiri sighed and looked at his watch. "Do you guys know any cheap hotels around here? Looks like I need to find a different bed to sleep in tonight."
"Eh? Didn't the Jimusho provide you with hotel rooms?"
"I just lost mine a few minutes ago." Chichiri smiled shyly. "She's my finacee."
"Well, why not stay with me?" Yamapi said. "I live alone anyway and Kei-chan's apartment isn't really a good idea right now."
"I can't do that. If I stay at your place, I may never get married at all." Chichiri laughed. "You're still clients and it would not be professional."
"There's a hotel 30 minutes from here." Shige suggested. "Its not as good as the one the Jimusho provides but its good enough."
"Massu and I can take you there. Shige has to go with Kei-chan home." Tegoshi smiled.
"That's great! Thanks guys."

"Ei guys!" Koki said as he entered their dressing room. "Guess what I heard."
"We're not mind readers Koki. Just tell us." Kame said behind the magazine he was reading.
"I heard from a very reliable source that the President of the production company is a fan of one of us. Care to guess who?" Koki grinned as he sat down beside Maru on the couch.
"It better not be my Junnie." Jin huffed as he hugged Junno who was playing his DS.
"Kame?" Maru guessed. "I mean, he has the most exposure between all of us."
"Nope. Keep guessing." Koki grinned at his partner.
"Jin?"
"Nope. Try again."
"Then who? Don't tell me its you."
"Hey! What's that supposed to mean? I'm not THAT bad looking am I?" Koki glared. "And nope, not me. She has a tiny little adoration for our Tat-chan."
"Me? Impossible. Where did you hear that from?" Ueda said as he continued to fix his hair.
"From the guy she was with. I heard him talking to NEWS about it when I passed by the lobby earlier."
"Ne, Uebo. You think you could put on the charm for her?" Jin winked as Junno hit his head.
"Jin-jin, that wouldn't be fair. This is a contest, a game, and no cheating allowed." Junno said as he continued to play on his DS.
"Junno's right Jin. It wouldn't be right to do it but that doesn't mean I wouldn't." Ueda grinned as he thinks of what to do.
