January, In OHIO
So like, I realize that this is going to be utterly hypocritical, here, because I hate it when people bitch about the weather. It's JANUARY. Of course it's COLD. We live in OHIO. However, you know, I had PLANS today for my DAY OFF. So like, stop it with the SNOW already! Stupid weather, always ruining things!
The boys are on their fifth snow day of the year. We're into calamity days, and I'm pretty sure the kids are going to be going to school well into July at this point. They weren't even scheduled to get out until June 10th to begin with, and they've now got at least 2 make up days coming.
But considering they're calling for anywhere from three to eight inches, I'm sticking around the apartment. I guess I'll do some packing and cleaning up here. Luckily I don't have too much that needs actually boxed up. Most of the furniture is already at the house, so a lot of things are just going to be stacked in the trunk and unloaded directly to where they're going.
I just want to get it DONE.
