Work Angst Take 2
So today was the official Change-In-Control which means that Oracle's acquisition of BEA has been approved by all regulatory agencies and has been finalized. This just happened and the transition time will likely take several weeks. So there are very few answers to about a million questions.
It's nice that there is some news, but I am still anxious as I have no idea if I have a job or not. I guess I just have to wait it out and see what happens.
Change can be good....
Though if I don't have a job, it might be time for another road trip. I need to hit Ann Arbor, and maybe make a few key stops on the way (PA & MD). My folsk won't be in the Bahamas after all. They are heading back to spend the summer in Provincetown which would also be a great road trip.
And of course, there is always Ottawa (I need to go kayaking on that river)!
