Is it weird that the majority of my characters have mental-problems?

Off the top of my head;

Winter: narcissistic, bloodthirsty, and trigger-happy. Wants to take over the world, and has an unhealthy fascination with mirrors. Goes without mentioning that she's a sadist and has a grand old time tormenting her underlings.
