Week 60 Topic: What does the word "love" mean to you?
It means the complete union of two people as one. The reforging of those personalities into something that is both them, and something new.
It means finding the person to spend a lifetime with, and no matter what their flaws, staying with them because of who they are.
It means never having to explain to another that happiness has been found, and that the other person with whom it has been found feels the same, because it can be seen by even the blindest observer.
But love is also watching someone grow and learn. To watch them become what you want them to be, and what they want to be, and the arguments and pain that come from that.
And love is letting someone go, because that is what’s best for them. It’s taking the pain of their leaving and remembering that one day there will be a reunion.
