Visiting the West Coast
We went up to see the rain forest over in Lake Quinalt. It rained a lot but we got some great pictures.
We were really far up in the trees when we saw her, she almost walked right up to our car out of curiosity. I doubt she had ever seen people.
It rained a lot over there. I guess the forest gets nearly 12 feet of rain a year! Considering I come from an area where we get 10 inches a year it seemed crazy to me.
The river ran into the north end of the lake.
You can see the edge of a little island out there.
