Wheeee!
Yeah, I know. I totally should be asleep. I just wanted to do a quick update to tell you how I managed to make the world a little bit geekier today. ^_^
The day didn't start out well, since nobody came to pick me up for church. Technically I could have walked, but at that point I would have been more than an hour late. Besides, it was raining waterfalls.
So I decided to go back to bed, slightly frustrated.
Later, as I was all on my own in my room, I was feeling rather lonely, so I called up Chris and Jenny and asked if I could come over, which I could. They had actually been talking about me just as I called, wondering if I was okay, since I didn't come to church. Yay for being loved!
I had dinner at their place and after putting the baby to bed, I taught them to play Munchkin. We played three times, and each of us won once. Chris went on the internet to see how much Munchkin decks cost and Jenny told me that I'm slowly making them even geekier than they are. :P
When I got home (after midnight) my flatmates were still up. They were up for a game, so, yup, I taught them to play Munchkin as well. Apart from me there were three girls playing and two boys who were visiting. The girls were pretty confused most of the time, but the boys got into it quickly and became really enthusiastic. Soon they were both in the lead, and one of them won. Somehow I managed to end up in the last place, because I drew sucky cards. But at least I have now given those two guys +10 geekiness. Let's see them try to get rid of that! Muahahahaha!
One of them asked me where he could buy that game, how much it cost and if there was a GTA version.
