Updaaaaaaaate...
Well, these last few days have been an emotional roller coaster.
First off, as I last stated, I was rushing for SAI. Well the Formal Tea was Monday night, and I ending doing a great job with the singing. I didn't get a bid because my grades basically well.. THEY SUCK, BUT there are FIVE wonderful well deserving girls that got bids, and I'm happy for all of them. I wish them the best of luck this semester. In the meantime, I will be working my butt off this semester to pull up my GPA. I'm an undergrad until Spring of 07. So I refuse to give up on this.
Next, I've been under a heavy amount of stress lately. I think it reached a breaking point Tuesday. I had one of the worst migraines ever Tuesday afternoon. It got to the point where my eyes were sensitive to everything. I knew I wasn't going to feel any better before rehearsal so I let my section leaders know that I wasn't going to make it to rehearsal. I felt bad for missing a rehearsal, but I knew I was gonna feel even worse if I went. I felt a lot better later that night after taking some meds for the migraine and getting a long nap in. I woke up and read over some Spanish stuff, and then I spent some quality time with a friend of mine that I hadn't hung out with in awhile. It was fun times indeed.
The UAB/JSU game is this weekend so I'm looking forward to that!
