Beadwork
I've had two main beadwork teachers, both fabulous and very different in style. One is Margo Field, http://www.margocfield.com, the other is Paula Adams, http://www.beadpatterns-paulaadams.com. Margo tends towards intricate floral designs using size 15 beads, Paula creates glittering geometric ornaments with Delica beads and crystals.
I took this class from Margo, from a Paula design many years ago. I loved it so much I did three of them, gave myself tennis elbow from too tight of tension, and had to quit beading for 18 months. Learning experience! My tension in all crafts is much better now! This egg is Egypt, with the Nile, a pyramid, palm trees and camel.
My married name was Webb, and this was a Halloween egg for my son, with inhabited spider web inside.
