Still sick. Does anyone know a way to unstuff your nose? My sinuses are driving me crazy. Sudafed (either version, OTC and semi-otc) has stopped working for me. I am too afraid of addiction to try nasal spray. I got addicted to it before and it was so hard to stop using it. That rebound stuffiness is a bitch! I just want to breathe though!

My period, which waited such a long time to arrive, has decided to make up for lost time and I'm sooo heavy! And also I woke up with a massive headache this morning. I woke up with the worst headache today. I hate waking up with one because it seems that when I do that, I'll have it all day and nothing will work to get rid of it. If I just get a headache in the course of the day, I can usually get rid of it.

My cold is actually much better today! Yea! I'm not as stuffy and I only sneezed twice this morning so far. No coughing at all.

Back when I was smoking and I'd get a cold, the cough would hang on for a month or more. So quitting smoking is already demonstrating a healthy effect.

OMG, this cold is never going to end! I just sneezed so hard my eyes squirted. That's never happened to me before. I'm coughing up lung bits. I am so glad I quit smoking because smoking during this would kill me for sure. It's been over a week! Colds aren't supposed to last this long!
