Backing Up
So embarrassing. I've managed to misplace a backup dvd that had workshop pics on it.
I'm so certain I remember it having been on the desk earlier, but now.. argh. And I do know for a fact that some of those pics were super, but oh well, another lesson learnt :(
On the brighter side, I think I have finally settled for a system to use when backing up the everyday pics. ie make DVDs labelled year-numberofdvd.
So, had I started in 2008, I would've labelled that DVD 2008-imgs001 for instance, but of course a number of subfolders with the year-month-date-possiblekeywords on that DVD.
True Blood & Sons of Anarchy
Moving on to slightly more positive stuff. having seen first ep of
True Blood.. hot diggity!
I want more eps, despite its slightly silly atmosphere ;)
And
Sons of Anarchy may be a bit watered down to be "believeable", but I still find it interesting. Especially with the future-past reflectiveness (watch it and you shall see what I mean ;). And Charlie Hunnam ain't too bad to watch either..
Needlebinding
Also, I wonder where my needlebinding needles are, I want to needlebind socks for my niece!
As they won't be all that big, so it wouldn't take ages.. but I'd also want to make socks for myself. Then I'd need two needles that are fairly similar, to make it easier too, so one can simply take turns on each sock as otherwise when doing two yarn based creations the first tends to be slightly bigger and the second slightly smaller..
Cerealy Yummyness
I've found a new favourite cereal mix. Rolled oats, similar rye stuff, a handful of dried gojiberries, some sunflower seeds, some crushed flax seeds and some um loppfrön and then some a chopped red and sweet apple, Swedish edition. Yummy with soured milk, particularly if one lets it stand for a few mins so the liquid is soaked up into the dry stuff.
And nopers, no job prospects thus far *sighs*
