Acorn War

We had a nice time hanging out doing the horsey thing at Acorn War on Sunday. The plan was for Drifa and Allison to go with me taking the three horses in my big trailer.

Unfortunately, Allison could not go. She was waiting for the vet to come doctor Turbo, her adorable paint stallion, when I got to her place. He had kicked his hind foot through the metal siding on her barn and torn it all up very badly. Cross your fingers for him.

At the end of the day, the three of us who were not contenders for the defendership of the shire of Mt. Edge scored the highest with Sir William in first with myself and Drifa following.

Nice to just day trip with another girl and the horses. Totally mellow and enjoyable.

Introducing myself to the spectators and inviting them all to Last Chance in Dragon's Laire the first weekend of October. Notice the cloak though- I did also invite everyone to come on over to Stromgard and visit the fine and friendly folk here :)

Running a perfect rings set.

I let Cookie poor on the juice and full out gallop through much of the course since the spectators wanted a show. The horse had a very fine time showing off.
