JYJ did what the other SM artist failed in doing. I know that there were artist who also filed the same things against SM, but ended up being disregarded and with that, their careers pretty much ended in Korea. But JYJ were different, because of their popularity, SM couldn't dimiss them that easily...so we xame to this.
well, yeah. SM won't let go of their top money makers, won't they?
I hope every TV channels go against SM and hope SM lose all their money and lose power coz what they are doing is too much...too much! Then maybe SuJu and some other artists file the same case of JYJ and let's see... (I'm hoping for too much, I know, but I can't help but get mad over SM's tactics. losing billions of money earned by their hardworking unfairly paid talents for some karaoke business...then making JYJ's life a hell...wtf?)
Yunho? Oh boy...HoMin Vs. JYJ? This is crazy! Still, you know...I can't help but wonder why HoMin are still on SM's side. Well, Im more of a fan of JYJ than HoMin, but I love the five of them together...still i can't phantom why Yunho and Changmin are just watching there. I don't know...and it hurts.
I don't know if it's possible that 3 Brave Knights cause the fall of the Big Dark Empire but who knows really, miracles can happen. =))
Yunho is really not a bad guy in this, he is just too loyal and he would kind of ruin his father's reptation (who is a prosecutor), by sueing his own company. Changmin well, I don't know him really but I guess he never cared about being a singer on a level like JYJ did. I feel more sorry for Yunho cause he was always super passionate about TVXQ and now it's all gone. He will survive it though. He is cool like that. =))
I don't find it entirely impossible that JYJ reunites with HoMin in the future but even if that happens, it will not be cause of SM just let's them. SM would never let them. =/ Only if the court states that JYJ's contracts are invalid, that may also mean Homin's contracts are also invalid, since they all had similar ones, and then... hm, but I am not sure if the boys still wanna work together. They may not hate each other but all of this lawsuit stuff affected their friendship pretty much on a bad way and I really don't know what's going on in their heads. I wish the same though. That the 2 of them could join JYJ someday.
They cannot mention them...of course. They are still under SM. But I just feel like they won't change their mind. I mean, Yunho is already through the worst, now he is getting strong again. It's least probable that he changes his mind now or later.
He could experience this kind of extreme fame for a few years, but being the responsible son that he is, I guess he will soon need to think about marrige, family and stuff like that. If he joined JYJ, that would sort of make it impossible for another 5 or 10 years. And he would again be a center a critism for his singing voice.
Anyhow, I also support him and Changmin whatever they chose to do in order to be happy.
