Nan Desu Kan Countdown has Begun!
Konbanwa, minnasan, I hope everyone out there in Cyberland is doing well! I had a busy day today. I finished my fourth day of seven in a row. I'm hoping the remaining three will go very quickly!
Bunny and I will be leaving for Nan Desu Kan in Denver on Thursday morning. It's always such fun for us to go down together. (And usually a laugh riot to boot! XD)
If anyone who reads my LJ is attending, Buns is giving a great panel at NDK on Sunday morning. It's called "Intro to Japanese Theatre" and she'll be covering the most popular theatrical styles along with brief histories. It's a great panel, so please come!
I pretty much finished putting all the final touches on my outfits. Ladybird (renichifreak) gave me this really kawaii necklace that will go perfect with my Friday suprise outfit!
I also finished making Captain Standage's Thermal Gun. Thanks to my mum's ingenuity, I was able to attach "thermal" tubes that actually look like liquid lava was flowing through them. (Too bad I can only shoot six shots and it overheats!) "The Trapped Sparrow" crew will be in full gear on Sunday, so come over and meet us!
That's about it for tonight! I'll have a final post before I head out for the trip. I hope everyone is doing well and maybe I'll finally break my writer's block! ::wants to REALLY finish "Like Blood to Water's" next chapter:: =;.;=
