Dear Mr. Customer,

I understand that remembering who exactly who you spoke to when you last called, even though that was 5 minutes ago, is extremely hard. That's why when you called and SCREAMED into the receiver that you wanted to "TALK TO THAT GUY" we asked you additional questions to makes sure we gave you to the right "guy". When asking "what type of insurance are you calling about" we want to know what type; Telling us again that you are calling to talk to "THAT GUY, THE NEW GUY" is not really helping us narrow it down. Eventually you told us it was Homeowners Insurance that you wanted. Now we have narrowed down the search. The "new guy" in homeowners. Seeing as how we have not hired anyone new in the last...6 months, that doesn't really help. And I am very glad you can remember that you spoke to him 5 minutes ago, but next time, it would help to remember his NAME.
