My tires are running low on air, I need to fill them up soon, like today but more likely tomorrow. I didn't even notice, but some old guy (70s?) did. I was waiting at a light and he was on the bus stop bench: "HEY, you need air in them tires." Oh. Thanks random old man with sage advice? Old men know everything, and you just need to catch up with them at the right time and BAM! your life is all the better for it.
I'm halfway through with my errands that need a-runnin'. I went to the post office and got my NEW IPOD!!!11! The apple store finally replaced it within a month of my warranty expiring and I finally found the post office within a day of them returing the package to sender. Not that anyone that reads this lives in Minneapolis, but if you ever visit check out the post office! Its this sweet old building (I think from the teens or twenties?) and all the employees stand behind these old bank-teller-esque windows circa Mary Poppins. Remember the part where they go in the bank? Its like that, everything is made of stone or brass. I wanted to buy some Jimmy Stewart stamps but I got hustled over to a package-pickup place that was far away from the stamp-place and I forgot to go back. Ah well, another day.
Later I'm going to the Party Store for some white face paint (for my costume) and some doilies (for my teapot chair). I'm getting pumped for halloween and all the tricks and treats it holds. I'm going to a pumpking-carving party tonight, only I dont have a pumpkin so I'll be carving a butternut squash. I'm not sure if it'll work, but whatever. If it doesn't I guess I'll just eat it.
Oh btw, I named my new ipod "Chastity."
