What did I ever do to you for you to make the water turn completely cold in the middle of my shower and then scorching hot when I tried turning on more hot water so I won't freeze to death from the sudden drop in temperature? Today Progga joined us three in going to Fitness First. We did the same things as on Wednesday: the treadmill, the rowers, the weird one that has a mind of its own, the bike with the higher seat, the bike with the more comfortable seat and has oscillating intensity levels, and the strider.
