+Rhode: The Lady of Lost Dreams. The head of a company that trades in dreams and nightmares. Also the maker or Somnambulists. She's often just an astral projection.
+The Earl: Runs a power plant that supplies electricity to over half the City. It's unclear how he does this, but the source is certainly Hell. Also a collector of rare artifacts, whether they work or not.
Marian Cross: Conman, trickster, Magus. A gunslinger who always shows up at the right time, as he walks the Synchronicity highway. Acts out of his own interests, or when things work in his favour. He's got his life stored somewhere, much like Koshlei the Deathless. Also: Jarlaxe's
boots Tyki Mikk: The infamous serial killer of the late 19th century. Mostly deathless, through ritual sacrifice.
Yuu Kanda: A ghost cursed to haunt his own body, but it is of his own doing. A bounty hunter. He's 18 going on 38. He can only truly die if killed by his own blade.
Noise Marie: Blinded in the event that led Kanda to haunt his own body. He has a music player which always comes up with a song to match the situation, sometimes before it happens. A pacifist who can stop conflict by through non-violent means, once he even sat on the perpetrators until they have calmed down.
Alma Karma: Currently in a coma, from the same event as Marie, Daisya and Kanda.
Daisya Barry: Deceased, may be visible over Kanda's shoulder from the corner of your eye.
Bookman: The librarian of the one and only library in the City. A graduate of the Deep school, and one of the only people who can read and handle every document within the library walls. Despite being the only librarian, he still manages to find time to hound after people for late fees, and missing books.
?Allen Walker: A traveller of the the Paths, Underhill and ley lines. Despite knowing where everything is, he's unable to give anyone a decent set of instructions. Works as a guide. The 14th could be said to be an alter ego, but he's also his own separate person.
+The Fourteenth: He cannot leave the Paths or Underhill. Whether that is because he's been in Faery so long that his physical body would crumble, or by a contract of some sort is up for debate. As a musician, he's more than welcome to stay among the Fae. (Tam Lin- Ay at the end of seven years, We pay a tiend to hell)
+Cyril Kamelot: The Kamelots are an old family known to be practitioners of Hoodoo. His
loa like making others uncomfortable.
+Lulubelle: Extremely dedicated investigative journalist. She runs her own newspaper, which has a reputation of telling things like it is. While nobody likes that fact, the paper also has a large base of support. She's a shapeshifter, no one is sure of her real form.
?Devit and Jasdero: Siblings who run one of the most successful bars in the City. They may or may not have had a pet dog - which they ate. They specialize is obscure and exotic drinks. Normal would be an insult.
Lavi: Can talk the ears off a stone, rather persuasive. Won his Talent in a game of concentration. Works part time at the library when he isn't kicked out for chatting. Always has the newest gossip. Also who you would go to to verify historical documents, especially if you want them back after.
+Helvaska: One of the few true oracles. Also more assessable than most. She's the girl on the wall.
Miranda Lotto: Timekeeper. She can automatically tell you the time, in any timezone around the world no watch required. Often asked to be the timer in races, or other events which require such meticulous timekeeping. Also could be said to have the worst sort of good luck in the world, one example would be when she got fired, just minutes before the building went up in flames.
Wisely: International Man of Mystery, he's connected to the sea of the
Collective Human Unconscious. It's how he can predict what other people around him are thinking. Gave up the ability to physically see for that connection.
Komui Lee: Simply known as the Mechanic, which later gained the description "Mad". His labs are generally above, below, or 500 meters away from him in any direction. But that's usually when he's experimenting, or going on a robotic rampage.
Bak Chan: While not as well known as Komui (he doesn't cause the damage, he just fixes it) his inventions always work without mobs going after him.
Anita: Runs the temple of
Ishtar Maria: Singer, able to evoke emotions with her voice. Since her death, her music has a melancholy air and can drive someone to suicide.
Timothy: The equivalent of the Artful Dodger.
