I have so much work to do, but I can't focus. I wish there was a jar inside me labeled "insecurities/negative energy" that I could just pull out of my body, and toss it away. It would make life so much easier. I came up with the idea to make a box and put little pieces of paper with positive messages to put inside the box. Everyday or whenever I'm ( Read more... )

This is going to sound weird and stupid, but I'm going to give it a go:

The negative energies WILL SO GO AWAY! It'll go away because, if you haven't already, you'll constantly re-assess what you believe in (each time becoming more validating), figure out what you truly aspire to be, and improve yourself to get to that place. Except for the elite few, people are very insignificant, especially whatever the fuck they say or think, and this becomes more clear as you start to venture away from them.

Being in transition is seriously painful and awesome, but it's better than never really moving forward. There seriously will come a day when you'll just say FUCK THIS SHIT and toss away the insecurities as a self-preservation method.

But yeah, you'll probably hear all this from all those who love you, and hopefully in therapy. Stay strong!!

love (from a complete stranger), kitty.

You're in therapy? I'm glad, that's good for you. I need to get myself into therapy as well, but I have no medical plan at the moment. :(

My friend wants to be a therapist, and I need help, so we decided that we'd be helping each other if we had therapy sessions. But, she's pretty good at it...Right after my therapy session with her on Thursday, I felt good the rest of the day, and the next day. Your parents don't have insurance coverage for your whole family?

Oh, haha. Well, that could be just as helpful and feel less sterile.

My insurance coverage expired because I wasn't living at home and a dependent. I'm not getting covered by my family again as they're the reason why I need therapy and I don't want them near me or holding any sort of power over me. Bleh.
