They're not so much Adventures as Mishaps, really
Just when I was thinking: I haven't posted anything under the tag Travel Adventures in ages... this happens.
First off, on the bus to the trainstation there was a girl using an eyelash curler on herself. It was very hard not to stare. (Also, those things are terrifyig.)
Then, I realised the bus I was planning to take only went on three dates out of the year, and the next bus would be 9 in the evening. So, I took a cab. The cabdriver was really nice, and has a kid in my year at school. He wouldn't tell me who, though, and I don't really know that many of the people in my year by name.
Thankfully, I had emergency money stashed away in my room, because of course I'd forgotten that I'd actually spent something during the weekend and didn't have enough cash on me. (I was like two euro short, which was especially annoying.)
Still, it was a good weekend. I got to lay in the sun, I helped do yardwork. Lots of weeding and scrubbing and some playing about with water later, the terrace looked lovely.
