Dear subconcious: STFU

It's gone from 'you call this spring, I'm wearing gloves' to 'oh god why is it so hot' in a week, and with the humidity and high temperatures have come... bad dreams! Yes, my self-fulfilling prophecy of 'hot weather gives me stranger dreams' has turned into 'hot weather gives me bad dreams ( Read more... )

At least the driving dreams don't have much effect seeing as your getting-your-license is over.

I haven't been dreaming much, surprisingly, considering how much I've been sleeping lately. By which I mean I haven't been remembering my dreams, I guess. It's pretty easy to remember what your dreams are once you make the effort, and then you realise you dream practically all the time.

Book markets and knitting and frozen yoghurt and baking sound to me like life is good! :)

Boo things breaking. Maybe it's time to make a new stool?

Thankfully they don't effect me much, I just find it funny I never got them when I was actually really bad at driving.

I remember dreams best when I'm either woken up during them and can snooze (weekdays) or something wakes me up in the early hours (motherfucking birds at 4 in the morning).

Oh yes, I am totally living it up in the 'doing fun things' department.

It is very much time for a new stool. Sadly, all the stools at Ikea are ugly. I'm going to look for one and pimp it, though, just like I did the last.

My bad dreams involving cars usually are about being in a car where the brakes fail. That's horrible.

Thee weather is cooling off now, maybe you're sleep more peacefully. :)

Ha, the last dream was kind of like that. I was pushing on the break and pulling the handbreak with all my might and it just kept MOVING. Thankfully, ever since my father's driving-instructor-friend took me on a spin on SHEER ICE, I'm not as worried about breaks not working or slippery roads.

Here as well. It even rained, hurray! Maybe I'll sleep peacefully tonight.
