Ah man, i'm down. It's been such a bad day. Actually it's been such a bad week. No wait i'm wrong...it's been such a bad year. Yeah, this year has been poo. And I'm not just talking about certain instances, I'm talking about just plain ol' poo. Nothing goes right. I can't figure anything out on my own. Its UGH. yea thats the word -

being down is rough. it can be really strange, like you know what you're upset about and what's bothering you, but at the same time you have no idea what's bothering you or why you're so upset about it. that doesn't make sense when i try to put it into words, but i'm generally no good at verbalization. i dunno. pretty much, i know where you're coming from--i'm kind of in the same boat right now. it got to the point where today i just started laughing inexplicably because i was so down, but i stopped laughing once i realized it wasn't solving anything. so yeah, it sucks, but it doesn't last forever. before you know it you'll be the happiest you've ever been, dancing all around the house like you never have before. just know that you're not alone and that eventually this'll all be in the "past past past" and soon enough you'll be able to focus on enjoying yourself in the "present present present."
