WIP: the alphabet quilt (hints of D and H)

Here is some current work intended for the quilt (and other projects). D is for dragon. H is for horse (and hand-held harpy).




I think I need more stripey fabric. I love the horse spots with stripes.

Other thoughts:
F is for ? (I tried flowers and fairies but it didn't make the cut)
I is for insects?
J is for jaguar or jellyfish
K is for koi?
M is for monkey
N is for nautilus? narwhal?
O is for ox or octopus?
P is for phoenix or pig
Q is for quail?
U is for unicorn?
V is for ?
W is for walrus or wolf
X!
Y?
Z is for zebra? I always feel like "z is for zebra" is such a cop out.
