From teeth to duty
Uwahh my teeth hurt. Had two dentist appointments today. Never been afraid of the dentist but today, during the first one I just felt like running away ahaha;;; Too much metalwork operations happening in my mouth. orz
And I have to use this mouthwash thing for a few days. It burns my tongue;;;;
Went to Helsinki today, I got a fabric for Mitsuru's ribbon and that SEES armband... It's not perfect but I think it'll do. ...it's looking better now than it did in the fabric store's darned lighting, hurrah!
Found some shoes I think I can use for Raven, obviously with bootcovers, that old fart has the weirdest shoes... Well, not really that weird compared to some others, but weird how they don't stay the same width. Is that a word. It is in HTML at least. Which is mostly based on English.
I should have a homepage again. I'm forgetting the HTML/CSS/PHP skills I had.
Spent yesterday reasing what idiot dumbass crapbrains fundamentalist christians have written online. It was mostly very, very amusing. Like the one guy who used rainbows not having a scientific explanation as proof of god. Hilarious. I hope someone gave him a simple exlpanation, he wouldn't have understood anything complex.
What was not amusing was the homophobic comments. I don't understand how can some think gay/trans/etc people aren't even human?! Sure they are, and far better at it than those kind of people!!
And all people who use the slippery slope argument for opposing gay marriage should be banned from having pets or kids. If they can't tell the difference between an union between two consenting adults, and an union between and adult and child or an adult and an animal, there's clearly something very wrong with their heads.
Gonna work on that ribbon tomorrow... Apparently there's a cosplay picnic on Sunday, and Juusto is going. She asked me to come too. Trying to decide. Might be fun. Second thing to decide is if I wanna cosplay. I mean, it's a good chance, you mostly only get to do it for cons. Though I would be a little embarrassed to go through the city in strange clothes. ;;;; Though I would probably use it as a trial for Mitsuru, and she doesn't dress all that strangely, just a little unusually... But I'm worried the shoes would still kill me or I would get the shirt all sweaty and smelly (I can wash it I suppose though) or I would get stains on the costume that won't come off...
Got my working shifts for Bakacon. I'm on duty on both afternoons OTL OTL Though I got the position I wanted, taking care of a room presentations and stuff happen in. What confuses me is that the con's program list doesn't seem to have anything after 14.45 on Saturday and my shift starts at 15.00?! What am I supposed to be doing there?! XD On Sunday, almost the same, but one program takes place while I'm working (the one I wanted to see the most <3), and then a couple hours of nothing. XD; I have to find out if I'm just supposed to watch the room or something or don't I really have much to do after all...
Gotta see if I'm gonna wear Mitsuru both days or go more or less casual on the other...
