NTV+ last Sat night broadcasted BREAKERZ LIVE TOUR 2019 -Seeking the Blue Bird- .
The footages of the tour were filmed last year on 22nd Sept at Tokyo's Shibuya TSUTAYA O-EAST .
I watched finished BREAKERZ LIVE TOUR 2019 -Seeking the Blue Bird- earlier on . Before that , I thought NTV will not aired the full concert as not only tour footages were broadcasted , NTV+ also includes an interview they did with the guys which was shown in the beginning & end of the file .
I was surprised that NTV+ only cut out the double encore footages (which the guys performed SUMMER PARTY during the double encore) as I expected a lot more footages will be excluded out .
Considering the last time concert footages of the guys were broadcast on TV was way back during 2010's BREAKERZ X'mas Special Live “WHITE LOVE" , I expected a lot more worst & it beats not having any footages to begin with .
1 of my favourite segments of BREAKERZ LIVE TOUR 2019 -Seeking the Blue Bird- was of SHINPEI playing the metallophone & not the guitar when the guys performed Milky Way :
Back in last Sept when Barks did an interview with the guys on Yamiyo ni Mau Aoi Tori , on Milky Way , SHINPEI told AKIHIDE , "I will play the metallophone" . AKIHIDE was surprised that for once he didn't want to play the guitar in the song's melody .
DAIGO told SHINPEI to be careful not to commit any mistake during live performance(s) of Milky Way because it'll be obvious which's quite true as SHINPEI was quite laser focused when he played the metallophone during the performance :)
BROKEN was performed as the 'last' song before the 2 encores set in :
That's a 1st for DAIGO to do this onstage even though it's not the 1st time he used a loudspeaker as a prop with it being Zettai! I LOVE YOU .
Just like all the crazy mosh pit worthy songs in their discography such as DESTROY CRASHER (2012) , Destruction , OUTRAGE & now BROKEN , it was madness watching it live .
Even though BROKEN is my least favourite B-side in Yamiyo ni Mau Aoi Tori , what made the performance stood out was that after the 2nd verse of the song was performed , M&M did separate drums and bass solos followed by 2 guitar solos which was like woah :O

Frankly I like the setlist overall as the guys did quite a lot of their old stuff which really made me very happy & for other longtime old timer fans , I think they also felt the same way .
Watching the guys performed Re:born & I feel ... felt really nostalgic & it brings me back to the early days of me being in their fandom where I at 1st didn't want to listen to their older works as I was so lazy + I was so clueless on literally anything everything about them .
It was so great to see hEaVeN as I still feel it's 1 of the guys' most under rated single songs to date .
I personally would remove Dark Night & NEVER ENDING STORY from the setlist as I don't really like both songs from Ø-ZERO + X , I rather see the guys perform their other more under rated single songs such as LAST EMOTION & LAST † PRAY :s
Although it would have been nice to see DxDxD and/or GREAT AMBITIOUS (be it single or album version) , I for once feel that it was a wise decision for the guys not to perform them and instead let Yamiyo ni Mau Aoi Tori's B-sides be shone in the spotlight .
On whole , the whole concert was so kick ass from start until finish & it proves on why I've supported the guys for so long now .
SHINPEI was super unusually hyper active happy from start until the end & I'm surprised AKIHIDE didn't take out his jacket throughout the concert unlike what happened to the other 2 o_O
And times like this I always feel it's a real shame that the general public in Japan don't know that DAIGO in reality is a really talented musician and not a dumb airhead he constantly portray himself as so on TV :s
That said I so want the video release of BREAKERZ LIVE TOUR 2019 -Seeking the Blue Bird- now & lastly after seeing the opening of the concert where DAIGO sung Yamiyo ni Mau Aoi Tori acapella acoustic , it's frankly high time for them to put out another acoustic (mini) album !
