The doctors told my (kidney failure) brother that it was unlikely he would be able to father children due to disease, drugs & dialysis and the resulting low sperm count. Well it's getting pretty close now - today is Sunday, the op is Friday. Can't quite decide on my current state of mind, am I nervous? Hell yes. I am also strangely excited.
