wow that really blows about the theft and damage and such but congrats about the apartment, you should hire snipers to camp on the roof and own people who so much as touch the door with out propper clearance:D

i think the sniper sounds like a swell idea... because honestly this is st. catharine's we're talking about, and being that st. catharine's is a bit of a dirt slice and this apartment is SO HOT, it's quite likely the main attraction of the city. I don't want any ne'er-do-wells hanging out in my place of residence.
