lol i need your help (again?). i'm freakin exhausted but need to at least start this essay tonight but am having a hard time figuring out what the hell this teacher really wants from me.
here's the question:
Drawing on three figures/representations from popular culture (media, Hollywood celebrities, or fictional character from TV, film, or a graphic novel), compare and contrast your three figures and make an argument for who among them problematizes an easy definition of female empowerment and works towards a more progressive or valuable model of female empowerment.
k, so....is she asking for someone that markets themselves as an empowered woman but really isn't? or is this like a "real" feminist/empowered woman in pop culture? cuz the latter is kinda hard to find lol. unless i'm missing this completely (and i think i am)
