they both have different tones or connotations to them, but they both sound beautiful.
my run was amazing feeling, though not long enough or fast enough... what else is new? this small asian man and i passed each other twice. he was running in a fishing cap... gotta love that. and as it's freezing and pouring and he's running super fast... he smiles at me and yells... "I LOVE RUNNING IN THE RAIN!!!!!" it was so cool... pretty much made my whole day. i have my running... i have my spirituality i have... me. trying to hold onto it tightly. much love-
