Temptation
Am struggling to resist the temptation to buy an iPod Touch...... See I kinda like the iPhone and those of it's ilk - would be nice to be able to access t'internet on the move, without having to lug a laptop/netbook type thing around, but most of these large screen internet capable phones require either using O2 (iPhone), or having a high monthly payment to make the phone affordable.
Also, Dad and brother both have iPhones, and reports seem to suggest battery life is Not Good (tm) - given I'm useless at remembering to charge mobiles (and have generally stuck with small Nokias because of this), I can't see me and an iPhone getting on very well - and to be honest, I don't really want to change from the £9.72 a month contract I have with my current mobile, as I really don't use a mobile a great deal.
From what I can tell, the Touch appears to be an iPhone without the "phone" part, which would suit me - it has WiFi so I can use the internet on it etc - and you can get stuff from the App Store, and I could use it as a video/music player of course, when at the gym, on the train, etc. And of course it's much cheaper than an iPhone.....
Anyone think of anything a Touch can't do, or does in a limited way (internet related), that is likely to annoy the hell out of me?
